How every engagement starts

Agent Readiness Assessment

Before you put an AI agent into a live business process, know exactly what it will do, what it will not do, and who is accountable when it gets something wrong.

What you get

Six deliverables, one decision

The assessment ends with your leadership able to make one well-evidenced decision: put an agent on this process, or do not.

Process map

The process as it actually runs: every step, handoff, exception, and system it touches, documented end to end.

Risk and failure analysis

Where the process breaks today, what an ungoverned agent would make worse, and which failures your business cannot absorb.

Control design

The approval gates, authority limits, audit trail, and escalation paths the agent needs before it earns the right to run.

Build-ready specification

A specification an engineering team can build from: integrations, data access, guardrails, and success measures.

Go or no-go recommendation

A straight answer on whether this process is ready for an agent, and what has to change first if it is not.

Fixed build quote

If the answer is go, a fixed quote for the build. Build pricing is set by the assessment, not by a rate card.

How it runs

Ten working days, four stages

Days 1 and 2

Discovery

We sit with the people who run the process daily and the owner who answers for it, and map how the work really happens.

Days 3 to 5

Process and risk mapping

We document the process end to end, trace every exception, and identify where the consequences of a mistake actually land.

Days 6 to 9

Control design and specification

We design the controls the process needs and write the build-ready specification around them.

Day 10

Readout

A working session with your leadership: the findings, the recommendation, and the fixed build quote if the answer is go.

Built for consequences

For processes where a mistake is expensive

Any organisation putting an AI agent into a process where being wrong has a cost. Customer enquiries and intake, quality assurance and testing, internal support, back-office checks, and revenue-facing conversations. The higher the consequence of a mistake, the more the specification matters.

  • Customer enquiries and intake, where the first reply sets the expectation
  • Quality assurance and testing, where a missed defect reaches production
  • Internal support and service desks running at volume
  • Back-office checks and payment, refund, or credit decisions with real money involved
  • Revenue-facing conversations, where a wrong answer costs the deal
  • Incident response and escalation, where minutes matter
One price

$6,750, fixed

The price covers the full 10 working days and every deliverable above, agreed in writing before we start. There are no discounted rates and no meters running. The cost of building the agent itself is established by the assessment and quoted at the readout; we do not publish build pricing. If you go on to build with Centigen, the assessment fee is credited against the build.

FAQ

Questions, answered

One process per assessment, and the best candidates are the ones with consequences: decisions that reach a customer, work where an error is expensive to unwind, processes somebody has to answer for. If the process would embarrass you when it fails, it qualifies.

A process map, a risk and failure analysis, the control design, a build-ready specification, a clear go or no-go recommendation, and a fixed quote for the build if the answer is go. Everything is written to be read by your leadership, not just your engineers.

Then that is the answer you get. The report tells you exactly what has to change before an agent can safely run the process, and the specification keeps its value for when you are ready. We would rather tell you not to build than govern a failure.

No. The specification is yours and is written so any competent engineering team can build from it. Most clients do continue with us, and if you do, the assessment fee is credited against the build. If you do not, you keep the full specification and owe us nothing further.

The owner of the process, one or two people who do the work daily, and a short session with IT or compliance. We need roughly six hours of your team's time across the 10 working days.

Under NDA, aligned with UAE PDPL expectations, and with read-only access to the systems we need to see. We do not take production credentials, and nothing leaves your environment without written agreement.

Choose the process. We will do the rest.

Book the assessment, name the process that matters most, and in 10 working days you will know exactly what to build and how to govern it.
