About Centigen

Everyone is experimenting with AI. Almost no one has adopted it.

There is a gap between running a pilot and running a business on AI. Most organisations are stuck inside that gap. They have tried the tools, seen a demo that impressed the room, and quietly discovered that a clever model is not the same as a capability they can trust, control, and put in front of their board.

We exist to close that gap.

Our thesis

AI does not fail on technology. It fails on governance.

The models are good enough. The failures happen somewhere else: in unclear accountability, in tools nobody owns, in pilots that never become production, and in decisions no executive can defend when something goes wrong. Centigen treats AI adoption as a governance problem first and a technology problem second, because that is where it actually breaks.

We are the adoption bridge for real-economy businesses. We do not sell models and we do not compete in the AI arena. We position our clients to win as confident customers of that arena, safely, and at board level.

Who we are

A focused team, not a generalist agency

Centigen was founded by technologists with more than 25 years of combined experience building software for some of the largest companies in the world, including S&P 500 and FTSE 250 enterprises. That background matters because we have spent our careers shipping systems into production environments where reliability, controls, and accountability are not optional. We bring that same discipline to AI.

We are deliberately a focused team rather than a generalist agency. The work concentrates on two things we do exceptionally well: a governance method that makes adoption defensible, and custom agents that are built to run in production and stay governed.

What we do

Two things, done exceptionally well

ADAPT, our enterprise AI governance framework

ADAPT moves a board or C-suite from uncertainty to a governed, operating AI capability across five stages: Analyse, Design, Align, Pilot, and Transform. It is what makes AI adoption defensible at board level, and it is what separates a governed capability from a pile of tools.

Most relationships begin with ADAPT Analyse, a fixed-scope diagnostic that gives leadership a clear, defensible view of where AI can help, where the risk sits, and what to do next.

Governed agent builds

We build custom AI agents across sales, marketing, and operations, designed to run in production and stay under control. Our proof is not a slide. It is an autonomous after-hours agent that reads urgent inbound, judges how serious it is, and phones the on-call engineer by voice, without a human in the loop. Agents that act, under control.

Why clients choose us

Three things that are hard to copy together

Being in the Gulf is not why clients choose Centigen. The reason is the combination of three things that are hard to copy together.

  1. 1

A proprietary method, ADAPT, that makes adoption defensible to a board.

  2. 2

Local trust and proximity in the markets we serve.

  3. 3

A reusable library of governed agent patterns that compounds with every build, so the tenth agent we ship is as controlled as the first.

Any one of these alone is replaceable. Together they are not.

Where we work

Anchored in the UAE, built for the Gulf

Centigen is anchored in the UAE and built for the wider Gulf. We work with mid to large real-economy enterprises where AI adoption has become a board or C-suite agenda item, and where a named leader is personally accountable for getting it right.

Start the conversation

If you are accountable for an AI decision and want to make it defensible rather than risky, the first step is an AI Readiness Call. From there, ADAPT Analyse gives you a clear, board-ready view of where to begin.
